- Changes in market prices, transportation or material availability.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Minor variations in measurements may occur due to actual site conditions.

Delays caused due to site unavailability or customer-side issues may affect the project timeline.
7. Warranty

Installation or workmanship-related support, if applicable, will be subject to the agreed terms of the particular project or product.
Damage caused by misuse, water leakage, accidents, electrical fluctuations, unauthorised modifications, improper maintenance or third-party repairs may not be covered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vistara Homes shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from delays, third-party products, manufacturer issues, site conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our liability, where legally applicable, shall generally be limited to the value of the relevant product or service purchased from us.
