Shipping Policy
Vistara Homes provides both products and project-based services. Delivery and shipping terms may vary depending on the product, location and nature of the order.
1. Delivery of Products
Products such as wallpapers, wall panels, flooring, blinds, security equipment, decorative materials and other related products may be delivered directly to the customer's location or project site.
Delivery timelines depend on:
- Product availability
- Customisation requirements
- Supplier or manufacturer timelines
- Delivery location
- Transportation availability
2. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
While we make every effort to deliver products within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to supplier delays, transportation issues, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Certain products may be customised or ordered specifically according to customer requirements, measurements, colours, designs or specifications.
Such products may require additional production and delivery time.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery, transportation, loading and unloading charges may be included or charged separately depending on the quotation and order terms.
Customers will be informed of applicable charges before order confirmation wherever possible.
5. Inspection at Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect the delivered products at the time of delivery.
Any visible damage, shortage or incorrect product should be reported to Vistara Homes as soon as reasonably possible.
6. Installation Services
For products requiring professional installation, installation may be scheduled separately based on site readiness and technician availability.
Delivery of a product does not necessarily mean that installation will take place on the same day.
