Return and Refund Policy
At Vistara Homes, we strive to provide quality products and professional services. However, returns and refunds are subject to the nature of the product or service.
1. Customised and Made-to-Order Products
Customised, specially ordered, cut-to-size or made-to-order products may generally not be eligible for return or refund once production, processing or ordering has started.
This may include:
- Customised Wallpapers
- Custom-sized Blinds
- Cut-to-size Wall Panels
- Flooring materials cut or prepared for a project
- Special-order materials
- Products customised according to customer requirements
2. Installed Products
Products that have already been installed, altered, damaged after delivery or used may not be eligible for return.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives an incorrect product or a product with a manufacturing defect or significant damage, the issue should be reported to Vistara Homes as soon as possible, preferably before installation or use.
After verification, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, credit or refund where applicable.
4. Service Cancellation
Cancellation of an interior, installation or security project may be subject to the stage of work completed and materials already ordered or purchased.
Charges may apply for:
- Site visits
- Design work
- Materials already ordered
- Customisation
- Labour already deployed
- Work already completed
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through an appropriate payment method after necessary verification and settlement of any applicable deductions.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking process.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available for:
- Change of mind after customised production has started.
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Damage caused after delivery by the customer or third parties.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or installation by unauthorised persons.
- Services already completed according to the approved scope of work.
